Self-insulated system of the wall
External wall insulation system refers to a single wall material that can meet the existing energy requirements of the external wall insulation system, insulation material that is the wall material itself, generally used in non-load-bearing walls.
At present, China's most applied self-insulation wall materials are the following: aerated concrete blocks, sintered porous brick, concrete porous brick, autoclaved (raised) brick, composite wall panels.
In general, the insulation system is characterized by its small density, the weight of it is only one fifth to one third of ordinary solid clay brick, the thermal insulation and water resistance characteristics are good, and the construction technology is simple and mature, but it is very difficult to complete 65% of the energy-saving goals, the current common practice is combined with other insulation systems applications.
External wall insulation system
China's external wall insulation technology research began in the early 1980s, subject to the material, key additives, technical ideas and other factors, the initial work mainly concentrated in the external wall insulation. This kind of external wall insulation system puts the heat insulation material on the inside of the wall.
The materials used are polystyrene board, rock wool board, cement expanded perlite plate, inflatable gypsum board or insulation mortar, and now the most commonly used method is to put the insulation mortar and paste to prefabricate the insulation board.
This kind of insulation wall system is not very difficult, the price is cheap. But because of the seismic pillars, floors, partitions and other peripheral parts can not be insulated, prone to "hot bridge", resulting in condensation and make the walls appear mildew, affect the appearance; and the interior thermal insulation system occupies the area of the building, the second renovation of the residents will easily damage the insulation layer, affecting the life of the insulation layer. So this system is now basically out of the market.
External wall clamping insulation system
Outer wall clamping insulation system is the insulation material placed between the inner and outer wall of the same outer wall, which can all use brick, block and so on. According to the different characteristics of the structure, the external wall clamping insulation can be divided into filled external wall clamping insulation and foam clamping insulation. Filled external wall clamping insulation is in the external walls of the body, the insulation sheet is placed between the external walls. Foam-type clamping insulation is on-site foam in the inside and outside walls, making foam filled in the clamping wall. As the inside and outside wall of the insulation material to form an effective protection, so the system requirements for the selection of insulation materials is not high, polystyrene, glass wool, rock wool and other materials can be used, and the system requirements for the construction season and construction conditions are not very high, so it does not affect the winter construction. Recent years, the system has been applied in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, northern Gansu and other cold areas.
External wall insulation system has the following advantages:
1) durable; 2) Good fire prevention performance; 3) construction aspect, insulated clamping wall can be prefabricated in the factory and can also be casted on the spot, can be used as building blocks curtain wall, and also can be installed on-site, shorten the construction time; 4) Can significantly improve the thermal insulation properties of the wall insulation, but it is likely to cause the lack of the heat of insulation area of the the wall, easy to produce "hot bridge" phenomenon, the construction is more complex, so it is difficult to promote the application.
External wall insulation system
External wall insulation is placed outside the external walls, so that the building can achieve the construction method of insulation. As the structural layer is inside of the system, the external environment has little impact on that, thus its high value of the thermal storage performance is fully utilized. When the room is subject to unstable heat wave (such as indoor temperature rises or falls), the structure layer can absorb heat or release heat to balance temperature, is conducive to the indoor temperature to remain stable. Insulation layer is located on the outside of the building maintenance structure, to avoid or greatly buffer the external temperature changes leading to structural deformation caused by stress and stress accumulation, to avoid structural damage caused by the rain, snow, hot and humid drying cycle, greatly reducing the external harmful gases and the erosion of the structure material, the main structure is under protection, thereby effectively improving the durability of the main structure. The use of external insulation system can greatly improve the waterproof and airtight performance of the wall, also because the main structure material with high permeability is in the inside of outer insulation system, thus avoid condensation occurred inside the wall. From the benefit of structural stability, the external thermal insulation has obvious advantages.
Compared with the external wall insulation and clamping insulation, the external wall insulation technology has solved many comprehensive quality problems brought by the other two forms of insulation. The external wall insulation technology, with advantages of good thermal performance, high insulation effect, low comprehensive investment, life extending of building structures, etc, should become the main form of wall insulation.
